How credits work. 1 credit = 1 generated record, question list, or photo checklist. Plans renew monthly in USD and auto-renew until cancelled. Unused credits do not roll over.
Billing terms you should know
- Recurring subscription. Paid plans renew automatically each month in USD until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime. Cancel from your account or by emailing support@integritydrain.shop. Access continues until the end of the current paid period.
- Statement descriptor. Card statements show AI UTILITY LOG.
- Credits. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. Used credits are non-refundable.
- No physical fulfilment. This is software access only — there is no delivery, installation, on-site visit or repair service.
