Refund & Cancellation Policy
Integritydrain is an online-only digital subscription with no physical goods or shipping. This policy explains cancellations, renewals and refunds.
Cancellation
- You can cancel at any time from your account or by email.
- When you cancel, your plan stops auto-renewing. You keep access and remaining monthly credits until the end of the current paid period.
- No partial-month refunds are issued for cancellation.
Renewals
Paid plans renew automatically each month in USD until cancelled. We do not bill for a new period after you cancel.
Refunds
- Free plan: no charge, so no refund applies.
- Used credits: credits that have been used to generate output are non-refundable.
- Billing errors: if you were charged in error or experienced a failure that prevented use, contact us and we will investigate and issue a refund where appropriate.
- Statutory rights: nothing here removes any mandatory refund or consumer rights you have under applicable law.
How to request. Email support@integritydrain.shop from your account email with your plan and the issue. Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00 Eastern Time (ET). We aim to respond within 2 business days.
