Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Integritydrain AI Utility Log provided by INTEGRITY PLUMBING AND DRAIN, INC(“we”, “us”). By using the service you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Integritydrain is an online-only digital subscription that helps you create household maintenance records, question lists and photo checklists for quote preparation. It is software access only — there are no physical goods, shipping, on-site visits, repair, inspection or installation services.
2. Drafts, not advice
All output is an automated draft. It is not professional, repair, inspection, safety, legal, financial or medical advice. You are responsible for reviewing every draft and confirming facts, rights, compliance and any work with a licensed professional before acting. See the AI Disclaimer and Acceptable Use Policy, which form part of these Terms.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions, credits & billing
- Paid plans are billed in USD and renew automatically each month until cancelled.
- Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Unused credits do not roll over; used credits are non-refundable.
- You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Card statements show AI UTILITY LOG.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to generate repair or installation steps for hazardous systems, to treat output as certification or emergency service, or for any unlawful purpose. Full details are in the Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Intellectual property
We retain rights in the service. You retain rights in the notes you enter and may use the drafts you generate for your own records.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your place of residence still apply.
